I take time to learn the product, the audience, and the constraints—technical, legal, or organizational—before writing a word. From there, I focus on:

  • Consistency across touchpoints

  • Language that sounds human, not manufactured

  • Collaboration with the people closest to the work

Having worked extensively in multinational and multilingual environments, I’m especially attentive to how language travels—and where it can break down.
